It took me Months Weeks to grow medium length hair

If you decided to grow your hair, you should know that it won't happen overnight. Be patient and start with a small target.

If we consider mid-length hair as shoulder length, and your starting point as chin length, there is 3-4 inches to go. For an average growth rate of 0.5 inches per month, having your stylish shoulder length hair will take up to 8 months. If that sounds like a light year away, you should learn to be patient. But still there are things you can do to speed up the process.

Taking tablets containing Silica and Biotin

Biotin and Silica is known to help hair growth and you can find dietary supplements that contain them in almost every health store, both local and online. You may consider taking them to improve your hair and its growth speed.

Having a balanced diet (tired of hearing this?)

Keeping your diet healthy and balanced has numerous benefits for your body. Of course, this also includes your hair. Your hair cells need to use the nutrients that you eat and they will produce healthier hair if you eat balanced.

Not using harsh chemicals

Chemicals such as Paraben and Sulphate has known to have very adverse effects on your hair by affecting your the integrity of your cells. That is why you should keep an eye on the ingredients of the products you use.

Increase blood circulation by massaging or applying Inversion Method

Some people claim that they accelerated the growth speed of their hair by simply massaging their scalps. The logic behind this approach is to increase the blood circulation and trick your hair cells. For the inversion method, people also use oils and even gravity to speed up the process.

Applying nutritious oils to your scalp

Some natural oils have been used for health care for a long time. You may consider using one of the most popular oils to keep your hair oily and healthy. Some of these oils are;

  • castor oil
  • coconut oil
  • jojoba oil
  • wheat oil and
  • olive oil

Not washing daily

When you wash your hair, beneficial and natural oils will also be removed from your hair along with the dirt you were trying to get rid of. So it is a nice idea not to wash your hair even if you need a shower.
